• Take the end responsibility for up to 60 Flink hubs (darkstores) throughout your area
• Manage a team of regional managers that in turn each are responsible for a team of hub managers - thereby heading an organization of 300+ employees (excluding riders and pickers)
• Ensure we offer our customers a great service at any time while creating efficient processes and ways of working within our hubs
• Monitor hub-level KPIs to derive initiatives in order to improve operational and growth performance of certain hubs or regions
• Represent the needs and priorities of regional and hub teams & liaise with HQ teams on strategic initiatives, especially around rider- & hub operations
• Coordinate with headquarter teams to set up e.g. local marketing campaigns, improve warehousing and staffing processes
• Recruit and develop your team to establish best-in-class operations across all our delivery hubs in the Netherlands.

• 8+ years of work experience, thereof 4+ years in a management function, ideally with several
• personnel layers reporting into you (e.g. supermarket area manager, senior role in scale-up environment)
• Live and breathe customer centricity - all your action is centered around providing the best experience to customers in your city
• You are analytical and enjoy working with data to base your decisions on
• Excellent stakeholder & team management skills
• You are a pragmatic problem solver and don’t mind rolling up the sleeves when needed
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• You are a team player at heart
