As People Operations Manager, you will be a generalist who will support the Operations team to ensure our people-oriented processes are top-notch. Your commitment, attention to detail, and hands-on mentality together with your ability to work in a team as well as independently, will help you accomplish various people-related projects and have a direct impact on our employee experience.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Developing, mapping and implementing scalable people processes for our employee lifecycle 

  • Working with an entrepreneurial mindset on your selected projects to ensure end-to-end ownership

  • Collaborating with different internal and external stakeholders on various projects

  • Engaging, developing and educating employees and stakeholders around HR policies and programs

  • Identifying and executing on opportunities to improve and automate processes. 

Qualifikationen

  • Significant experience in People Operations topics such as German labour law, contract management etc

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills (you will be the contact person for many different stakeholders within the department and entire company)

  • A continuous improvement mindset to always challenge the status quo 

  • A track record of successful project management paired with the ability to always keep a cool head, even in demanding times

  • With the eagerness to bring new ideas and to achieve team goals, you will collaborate with the product team to make processes more efficient and automated

  • Experience using tools such as MS Office, Zendesk, Freshdesk or other customer service software is a big plus
