• As (Junior) Launch Manager you will be a vital part of our expansion team that is in charge of setting up new hubs across the country
• Each hub is a new project that you are responsible for. You manage the entire project from the moment a rental contract is signed until operations are up and running a few weeks later
• You work closely with all departments within Flink
• You coordinate construction companies, create store floor plans, plan all supplier deliveries on time to transform a new location from their prior usage (e.g. bike shop, gym, supermarket) into a Flink hub
• Once the basic renovation is done and all equipment is delivered, you coordinate a team to change an empty store into a fully operational hub in just 3 days!
• You involve future hub managers throughout this process to bring him or her up to speed in order to hand over operations once shelves are filled and everything is set up
• After a hub is live you will help the hub manager to get up to speed while while you start preparing the the next project, to set up another Flink hub either in the same city or somewhere else across the Netherlands
• You enjoy seeing quick, tangible results to the work you are doing and enjoy getting your hands dirty
