• Identify and test new marketing and partnership opportunities to grow customers for Flink efficiently
• Drive high-impact growth plans in order to learn quickly and drive ROI, including end-to-end strategy and marketing tactics
• Initiate, manage and optimize the channel experimentation and nurture the relationship with our new partners
• Define success metrics and track performance based on core KPIs
• Work closely with the local and global marketing teams to align on growth strategies and create compelling content

• 2+ years experience in acquisition marketing, preferably in a fast-growing environment
• Result-driven mindset with an analytical approach in drawing conclusions
• Ability to organize multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously 
• Team player that can work well collaboratively as well as independently
• A degree in marketing, business, or a similar degree program
