• Support with the full employee cycle, from onboarding to off boarding and everything in between;
• Respond to internal and external People Operations/HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance;
• Research, design and implement company policies that enhance the employee experience;
• Master data maintenance in our Human Resources Management System (BambooHR);
• Other administrative tasks and (global) projects.

• Bachelors in psychology, HRM, business administration, marketing or equivalent qualification;
• 1+ years experience in HR related positions in Belgium, preferably in a fast-growing environment;
• Interest in people topics; 
• Well structured, ability to prioritize workload and manage a busy schedule
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Dutch at native level, English language skills at a business level
