In your role as Head of Recruiting (m/f/d) you will shape our global recruiting strategy for the Country Operations division. Hyper Growth is part of your daily business and you will work closely together with the Senior Management team to place Flink as the employer of choice.

Job Description

  • You have the technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility for the entire Country Operations Recruiting team
  • You develop talent acquisition measures to further expand the Country Operations division. You will bring new technical insights to handle the high hiring volume as efficiently as possible
  • You proactively and regularly identify future hiring needs and plan accordingly measures for their successful fulfillment in cooperation with all Hiring Managers
  • You are responsible for the evaluation, further development and optimization of sourcing activities as well as the selection and interview processes
  • You analyze the talent acquisition performance qualitatively and quantitatively on the basis of KPIs and derive measures for optimization
  • You support other markets (France, Netherlands, Austria) through knowledge sharing and hiring support
  • You are a strategic business partner to the senior leadership team
  • You lead a growing team of 4-6 recruiters and support them in their professional and personal growth
  • You can also be hands-on if necessary to support your team
  • This role reports to the VP People and is a key function in our Talent Acquisition department

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional work experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with a background in high-volume recruitment
  • 2+ years experience in managing a team of (in-house) recruiters
  • Proven track record of partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership
  • Extensive knowledge of sourcing techniques, incl. boolean search 
  • Well structured, ability to prioritize workload and manage a busy schedule
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • German and English language skills at a business level
