We are building a groundbreaking Quick Commerce web and mobile platform. We need exceptional QA Engineer (m/f/d) to help us on our journey. You will be joining a new and rapidly growing cross functional team.
Job Description
- Collaborate with a cross-functional and international team of Engineers, Product Owners, and Product Analysts & Product Designer to define the testing strategy for the newly developed functionality, assuring the best product quality.
- End to end responsibility for the feature from discovery to delivery.
- Be responsible for test planning, develop, constantly update and execute the manual tests and test plan for the feature.
- Develop and improve test strategy. Evaluation of test results and providing input for improving the quality of the products.
- Defect management, including defect logging and verification. Monitor open issues and communicate risks and follow through remediation, and define the regression scope based on the quality risks.
- Contribute to the enhancement of automation coverage by analyzing and providing additional cases.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in software testing.
- Solid experience testing complex distributed and cloud-based e-commerce / Q-commerce solutions.
- Solid understanding of the SDLC phases.
- Proficient in test management tools (eg: Testrail, Zephyr etc.) and in defect management tools (Jira preferred).
- Exposure to debugging tools (eg: Charles proxy) and help to find the root cause
- Exposure to API testing using tools like Postman.
- Understand the concepts of microservices architecture, cloud.
- Experience in defining the regression plan based on risk analysis of the requirements Extensive experience in owning quality activities in agile (Scrum and/or Kanban) delivery methodologies.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and an ability to come up with creative solutions to impossible-to-solve problems.
- A team player, open-minded, keen to learn and share knowledge on a daily basis
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team skills, very good English written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience creating test scripts in one or more modern scripting languages.
- Experience developing test automation tools and frameworks for Web and Mobile Applications.
