• Full responsibility of daily store operations (e.g. storage, disposal and stock management).
• Supervision of order pickers and riders as well as staff planning.
• Monitoring team and hub performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
• Ensuring employee compliance with company policy and health & safety standards.
• Act as right hand to the hub manager. 
• You are flexible and you have a hands-on mentality during peak hours.

• You have prior supervisory experience or you are ready to take on your first leadership role.
• A team-player with a can-do-attitude.
• You are a proactive person with a problem-solving attitude who takes on responsibility.
• Your strong communication- and interpersonal skills ensure a pleasant working environment.
• You speak Dutch and English. 
• Providing excellent customer service is something that comes naturally to you. 
• You are open to shift work (morning, evening and weekend shifts).
• You are eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• You are 18+ years old.
