We are currently looking for an experienced (Senior) Pricing Analyst (m/f/d) to join our rapidly growing Retail department. In this role, you will shape our pricing strategy by driving analyses, providing recommendations and helping us take better decisions.

• Work closely with in a cross-functional team of professionals with domain expertise in the fields of Business, Data and Retail
• Use data analysis, develop A/B test plans and manage them end-to-end from conceptualisation over implementation to evaluation
• Together with the team, you will build and implement a holistic pricing strategy for thousands of SKUs across different categories
• Monitor the performance of Flink’s pricing initiatives across multiple countries

• Solid experience in an Analyst role with hands-on experience in the field of Pricing; E-Commerce or Retail preferred
• Strong SQL skills (preferably on Google BigQuery or comparable)
• Python skills for Data Analytics
• Analytical mindset and passion for problem solving
• Be ready to work in a fast-paced environment!
• Very good communication skills in English (spoken & written); German optional
