• You manage day-to-day operations at 1-3 hubs within your city (starting with one hub)
• Within this role you give leadership to 2-3 shift leads per hub and a fleet of riders and pickers
• You take responsibility for delivering excellent customer experiences by controlling all aspects of hub operations
• This included (1) booking in new supplies & managing inventory, (2) coordinating a smooth delivery process between order pickers and riders, (3) training your team, (4) aligning shift plans for riders, pickers and shift leads and most importantly (5) ensure your hub is an inspiring and motivating place to work 

• Live and breath customer centricity - all your action is centered around providing the best experience to customers in your city
• 3+ years of work experience in an operations- or process-oriented role (e.g. in context of warehousing or horeca industry)
• You love structure and are a master in setting up and implementing processes
• You already gained first team management experience
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environments
• Team player at heart and you like to roll up your sleeves and jump in to support your team whenever needed
