About the team:

Our Growth team is a fundamental piece in the growth and development of the entire company. We are in charge of projecting Flink’s image, brand and value proposition to the entire market, through marketing, advertising and partnerships strategies. You will work with highly motivated engineers, analysts, marketers, and designers, who are always focused on achieving the goals and objectives of the company, and in turn generating value to our users.

Flink is seeking an experienced Growth Analyst to join a cross-functional team focused on driving user and revenue growth. You will explore and deliver product experiences that improve Flink’s growth potential across onboarding, referral, engagement, retention and revenue.

Our projects range from small experiments in optimization to big swings at creating brand new user experiences. Your work will have a huge impact on helping everyday Mexicans show their money who’s boss.

This role reports to the Head of Strategy & Growth and is based in Mexico City.

What are we looking for:

• Confident writing, speaking, and reading in English and Spanish
• Residence in CDMX
• Full time job
• 3-5 years experience in product management, product design, analytics or equivalent consulting experience

What you will bring to Flink:

• Track record of developing, executing, & testing different growth experiments that have a significant impact on critical growth metrics
• Passionate about build-measure-learn and previous experience with AB testing  
• Understand and synthesize complex requirements and turn them into clear specifications
• Highly analytical, good at using data to form hypotheses and defining metrics that determine the success of product initiatives
• Knowledge of Agile software development process
• Highly effective judgment and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects
• Detail-oriented approach and superior organizational skills
• Highly effective communication skills and ability to liaise seamlessly between functional teams

Bonus points if you have:

• Previous experience with tools such as Optimizely, Amplitude, Segment 
• Previous experience at a startup or a growth team 
• Experience with SQL and/or Python
