Flexis designs, develops and manufactures a new generation of 100% electric commercial vans and provides fleet management solutions based on a Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) architecture.
The Start Of Production (SOP) of the first Flexis vehicles is planned in April 2026.

Job Description
The Fleet and Services Manager is responsible for ensuring, for a portfolio of vehicles and given services, the complete management of a fleet of vehicles on behalf of customers within the framework of a service contract established between the Portuguese customers and the Flexis customer operational center (center of experts that monitor vehicles, drivers, charging networks, maintenance schedules, and support on-the-ground customer performance).
You will be responsible to execute the services and fleet management for the customer and implement the organisation to activate the service within the customer facilities.
Indeed your main responsibilities may include :
- monitor proactively vehicle driving behaviors to optimize customer energy consumption and vehicle use (+ direct contribution to CO2 reduction)
- monitor proactively all repair and maintenance activities to optimize customer vehicle availability/uptime (and fleet utilization)
- Analyze and advise customers on identified actions
- Coordinate actions with the identified customer contact and with the service partners
- Responsible for carrying out actions and performance of the service (KPIs measurement & follow up)
- Provide monthly customer report (sales & operational teams) to share service performance and progress, engage customer in actions and follow up.
- Synchronise with sales team and suite leaders about customer feedbacks and new requests
- Ensure compliance between the contact content and the service execution
- Control service partners invoices are compliance with service orders and evaluate their service quality
- Handle customer complaints and propose corrective actions to be implemented.
- In a second step, he/she may need to develop his/her team to support new coming customers in the equivalent proactive service.
Qualifications
Key competence
- Portuguese language native mandatory
- English Language Fluent
- French and Spanish language Fluent are a plus
- Customer relations oriented.
- Requires communication with leadership.
- Structured and well organized.
- Proven experience in project management and processes design
- Able to demonstrate successful aftersales experience and BtoB work experience.
- Demonstrating experience from working in or with international environment and Cultures
- Demonstrating ability to work collectively in a team; transversal and cross-functionally.
- Fleet management 1st experience is an advantage
- Goal and business result oriented
- Analytical skills
This employee is a recognized expert in Customer relationship and service mindset oriented, typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. this position requires at least 10 years of experience in equivalent position or even more relevant experience that could support him/her in this role.
