Job Description
We are currently seeking a Low Voltage Structured Cable Project Manager in the Dallas, Texas area with 5 or more years experience working as a PM or related position, that meets the guideline qualifications as shown below.
Qualifications

- Establish scope of work by a complete review of plans, specs and estimates
- Track/monitor releases and critical milestones for all projects
- Financial management of projects to ensure profitability and cost control
- Performs site visits and monitors progress of each phase code monthly
- Work effectively with superintendent, foreman, and other field personnel
- Build and develop business relationships with architects, engineers, general contractors and other potential clients
- Deal with all team members, vendors and customers on behalf of the company with the highest moral and ethical standards.
- Strong technical background and knowledge of service and installation of large, complex commercial construction projects.
- Maintain integrity of Project Management process through the use of documentation, concise records, prompt follow-up, and consistent procedural protocols.
- Proficient in knowledge of value saving engineering and implement, as appropriate, to meet and exceed customer expectations and competitive edge for company.
- Provide guidance, training and foster an environment of Servant Leadership with Project team.
- Respond to customer inquiries to ensure customer confidence/satisfaction.
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams and schematics.
- Good written verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent, required.
- Five years + as a Project Manager
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong organizational skills required to manage multiple projects meeting all key milestones
- Experience in Estimating and Estimating software
- Extensive knowledge of complex Structured Cabling, Security, and or Audio Visual systems and construction
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and computers
- Ability to interact in a professional manner with customers
- Ability to interact in a professional manner with office personnel
- Ability to travel when required, work beyond standard working hours when required
- Ability to self-motivate without supervision
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Clean professional appearance
- Willingness to learn and continue to grow in the commercial Systems Integration construction industry
