Job Description
A unique opportunity to join a fast growing, well-funded property technology startup changing the way people rent in the UK. The goal is to help shape flatfair’s marketing and branding across multiple social and conventional mediums. Your responsibilities will include:
Build, implement and execute a goal-oriented CRM marketing strategy
Produce and promote newsletters, blog posts, press releases and social messaging
Manage flatfair's digital social footprint (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Blog...etc)
Increase brand awareness by engaging industry leaders and participating in industry discussions
Manage paid campaigns on Google Search, Google Display, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
Monitor market/industry news to be sure to keep on the stories as they break-out
Manage and maintain a coherent company communication style and tone of voice
Proofread all company materials and ensure correct use of English and adherence to TOV
Apply for industry awards, startup competitions and events
Expand and update the flatfair support centre
Organise and coordinate industry events and conferences
Qualifications
Must be a native English speaker (or excellent English speaker)
1+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
Experience in writing corporate copy & communication material
Enthusiasm and self-drive to do what’s needed with limited guidance
Exceptional communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
