Job Description

As the Head of Garages Network at Fixter, you will be spearheading our efforts of working with Supply, Customers and Partners. You’ll be working with the Supply and Marketing teams to refine and adapt our garage pitch to France and looking for opportunities for where we need expand. You’ll be responsible for devising the strategies to drive the best engagement with our network and help us refine our customer offering. Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Own all plans and strategies for developing our garage business and achieving the company’s goals (go-to-market, acquisition channels, merchandising..), 

  • Work on our offers and their pricing,

  • Develop our tiered approach to managing our network of garages to ensure we have the best engagement and drive profitability,

  • Manage FR garage business development team,

  • Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing,

  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key supply partners (Motrio, Renault..).

Qualifications

Suitable applicants should have/be:

  • Based in Paris. We work Tuesday - Thursday together in our offices, 

  • 7+ years of relevant Automotive Industry experience (important to have an after-sales expertise), 

  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them,

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions,

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask,

  • Fluent in French and English.
