Since our start 4 years ago, we have expanded our service to 50+ cities across the UK and are now about to launch in new European countries.

We believe in creating the best experience for our users while being able to move fast and operate at scale. As a Product Manager, you will bring together engineering, design, marketing and operations to constantly improve the service we deliver to our customers, drivers and affiliated garages. This ranges from A/B testing customer acquisition funnels to adding new features and building new tools to support our garage partners.

This role is crucial to accelerate the development of our company and spearhead our European expansion. Working hand in hand with the co-founders of the company and the Head of Product, your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Defining, communicating and executing the long-term business strategy of your product line
• Gathering insights about our users and translating them into actionable opportunities
• Identifying the right success metrics and tracking them over time
• Defining and delivering quarterly roadmaps with our engineering team and all key stakeholders
• Problem-solving with cross-functional experts in design, engineering, growth, data science or customer support
• Building world-class product solutions with our in-house designers

• Are an outstanding problem-solver, with strong analytical skills and a passion for digital products
• Have a strong track record as a product manager in a product-driven organisation
• Have the ability to influence and partner with design, engineering, operations and growth experts
• Are super organised - able to project manage complex processes with multiple stakeholders
• A knowledge of web development technologies is a plus.
