Why are we hiring a data analyst?

We believe in creating the best experience for our users, whilst being able to move fast and operate at scale. We’re looking for a talented data analyst who will have a significant impact in helping us identify how we can accelerate our growth – and what we need to improve at a granular level.

You’ll be working with Fixter’s rich data to help to build a game-changing business. If you’re looking to gain experience in a fast growing, hard working, friendly startup, you’ll find a home here. Interested to learn how a company scales, solves problems and grows quickly? Grab a seat. You’ll soon find out how everything works behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibility will be to analyse every aspect of the business, from the efficiency of our marketing campaigns, to the conversion rate of our checkout flow and the profitability of the products we sell. You’ll create new dashboards, run ad hoc analysis and contribute to build our data pipeline.

The role also includes:

  • Analysing data for insights using Google Suite (Data Studio, Sheets, Optimize, Analytics) and various other data platforms
  • Communicating these insights to business users, so that they understand the implications and can create action plans to address these findings
  • Building dashboards so our product, marketing and operations teams can see how they are performing on a daily basis.

  • You’re entrepreneurial – you care about getting stuff done. When obstacles inevitably get in the way, you know how to hustle

  • You’re a team player and a positive, motivating person to be around
  • You already have a proven track record of some relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of SQL, machine learning, Python and R is a plus
