Job Description
The role:
As an Account Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with our vast network of garages. Your role will involve cultivating existing relationships and helping the garages increase their sales.This is an excellent role for a commercial and outgoing individual who enjoys building and maintaining relationships. Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Onboard new garages, improve product adoption and engagement
- Operate as the main point of contact for Fixter
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Garages
- Communicates Garage needs to the business
- Forecast and track Garage metrics
- Generate revenue among Garage accounts, including negotiation and sales of additional products
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing Garages
- Keep a record of all interactions with Garages in our CRM
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a B2B role, preferably account management or sales
- You must be commercially minded and results oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Experienced in handling difficult conversations
- Experience upselling or cross selling products
- Experience with tracking metrics and using a CRM
