Performance Marketing / PPC Manager

  • Full-time

Company Description

We founded Fixter to bring car maintenance into the 21st century. Because we believe booking an MOT in this day and age should be as simple as booking a taxi, or ordering a takeaway. Simple, streamlined and stress-free. And completely on demand.

Bringing together car industry specialists and state-of-the-art digital experts, Fixter provides a complete end-to-end service with world-class customer experience, designed to liberate car owners from the stress of booking a high street garage service.

Since our launch in Manchester 3 years ago, Fixter has expanded to 100+ cities across the UK, raised a £6m Series A, and is now trusted by thousands of car owners every month who never need to visit a garage ever again!

Job Description

This is a vital role within Fixter’s Growth team, playing a pivotal, highly visible part in the growth and sustainability of the business.

To be successful, you will need to be very hands on, with extensive experience and demonstrable success in your past work. That experience should have been gained, ideally, across both Search and Social channels.

You should be incredibly data-driven, proactive, and able to show that you’ve driven growth through a robust process of testing and iteration, and be able to both report and work with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Biddable media, particularly Search, is an important and highly competitive channel for Fixter. This role will help to both manage existing channels and expand to new ones across social, display and affiliates.

The role will also involve driving improvements across the full user journey, spanning pure play PPC management and Conversion Rate Optimisation through the main website and landing pages.

  • Managing media budgets.
  • Working independently and with the Product team on improvements to the funnel to drive CRO.
  • Devising new growth initiatives to drive acquisition and retention across our existing and future products.
  • Reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

We understand that everyone has different experiences and skillsets and just because you might not fulfil all our requirements it doesn’t mean we won’t talk to you. Ideally, you have:

  • A wealth of hands-on PPC experience, with very strong expertise in paid search
  • Experience running statistical experiments
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sheet/Excel, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.)
