Job Description

If you live and breathe digital we want to talk with you! We are looking for a Growth Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current tools and strategies to lead the integration of campaigns from concept to execution. 

Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for helping to drive the continued growth of the B2C side of the business, across the full funnel - acquisition, conversion and retention. This is a critical role and the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a can-do attitude, be creative, results driven and be comfortable with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, across search, social, display, influencers and affiliates - manage agencies and freelancers when applicable
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and benchmark against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Build and develop Fixter’s branding & PR strategy

  • Day to day management of social media channels working to drive audience growth, engagement and sales

  • Manage content specialists to generate a regular cycle of blog articles, landing page content, engagement emails and other marketing collateral

  • Support the development and management of our lifecycle marketing across email, SMS and on-site messaging

  • Work closely with the product team to improve engagement and conversion rate on the website.

 

Qualifications

Ideal candidate should have:

  • 3-5 years B2C digital marketing experience, ideally with a startup

  • Be results-driven with a can-do attitude

  • Highly creative, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, CRM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Lots of creativity and new ideas to improve our content and craft copy for social content and marketing collateral

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

  • An exceptional eye for detail.

 

We also value experience or a good understanding of:

  • PR, influencer marketing or outreach experience

  • SEO 

  • Landing pages and user funnels optimisation

  • Salesforce / Pardot or other eCRM systems is a strong plus
