Strategy & Operations Internship

  • Full-time

Company Description

Fixter is an innovative and fast-growing startup launched in 2017 to simplify the life of all car owners, by bringing a world-class digital experience to the car maintenance industry.

At Fixter, we believe car servicing is broken and we're trying to fix it. In an industry plagued by mistrust and a lack of transparency, our customers can book an MOT, a car service or maintenance and we'll take care of the hassle: prices will be quoted upfront, our driver will collect & deliver your car at your home or office, and our network of local independent garages will service your car.

Job Description

We have launched in a few cities in the UK, we raised a 6m€ Series A from Kamet Ventures and AXA, and we're now looking to scale our operations across the UK. Our Operations team ensures that our Customers are happy, our Drivers perform well, and monitors quality of our Garage network

  • Create reporting dashboards to monitor business performance
