We’re an award-winning VC-backed HR Tech startup looking to hire a Marketing Intern who wants to help scale a product that is influencing the future of work.

WHO WE ARE: Our software helps companies manage and measure the impact of their employee engagement programs and events. (Think of us as large companies’ SurveyMonkey meets Eventbrite.) We’re based in Chicago, IL.


WHO OUR CLIENTS ARE: We’re a B2B SaaS platform and our clients include program/event organizers at startups, universities, and other large corporations.

Job Description

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: You’ll be managing marketing campaigns to convert marketing leads into our sales pipeline. You’ll also be responsible for posting blog content and communications through social channels. You’ll create detailed plans, understand the market, and seek to attain specific marketing goals and targets while keeping detailed records of activities and outcomes in order to enhance our marketing strategy. 

You’ll be joining an exceptionally talented team at a fast growing startup in a role with large growth potential. We are creating massive value for our customers and building a company that will change lives and the world for the better.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE: You’re a self-starter and enjoy taking ownership. You’re someone who can find business opportunities and can take initiative. You have a track record in marketing and/or experience in content creation. You’re someone who can help own the preservation and expansion of our customer base. You’re customer-focused, organized, analytical, and results-oriented. You’re an effective communicator and enjoy an environment of collaboration.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Experience in digital marketing or other marketing/sales role

  • Knowledge of market research, sales and analytics

  • Knowledge of CRM/Marketing Automation (Autopilot, Pipedrive, etc.) is a plus

  • B2B content creation experience is a plus 

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships

  • Organizational and time-management skills

Additional Information

This is an unpaid internship with option for school credit.
