We’re an award-winning VC-backed HR Tech startup looking to hire an Account Executive who wants to create a product that is influencing the future of work.

We’ve been invested in by top VCs such as Kapor Capital (who’s also invested in companies such as Uber and Twilio) and by financial institutions like Morgan Stanley. We’ve been featured in Vice, Business Insider, Yahoo Finance, Marketwatch and others.

Our software helps companies manage and measure the impact of their employee engagement programs. (Think of us as large companies’ SurveyMonkey meets Eventbrite.) We’re based in Chicago and New York City.

We’re a B2B SaaS platform and our clients include universities, and public companies, among other large enterprises.

Job Description

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: You’ll be managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close and helping improve our product through customer feedback. You’ll communicate consistently with prospective and current clients to understand their needs and to respond to customer issues to maintain customer success. You’ll create detailed plans, understand the market, and seek to attain specific sales goals and targets while keeping detailed records of sales activities.


WHO YOU ARE: You’re a self-starter and enjoy taking ownership. You’re someone who can find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You have a track record in sales and/or experience in customer service. You’re someone who can help own the preservation and expansion of our customer base. You’re customer-focused, organized, analytical, and results-oriented. You’re an effective communicator and enjoy an environment of collaboration.



  • Experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role

  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

  • Outstanding knowledge of CRM software (eg. Pipedrive, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships

  • Organizational and time-management skills
