This Janitor/Custodian 1st and 2nd shift positions available

Location: Parma OH

Position Weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday  

Pay: $10.00 to $12.00 to start

The focus of the position will be to conduct the day to day cleaning, facility set ups, secure the facility, client interaction and upkeep of all common areas, including but not limited to;

• Cleans and maintains pristine cleanliness of front lobby, hallways, rest rooms, stairways, and meeting rooms.
• Maintains common area floors including, wash and wax hard surface flooring, vacuuming carpets and rugs, and etc.
• Maintains common area walls, windows, and doors including, wash and clean, minor repair, washing windows.
• Maintains common area lighting which involves changing light bulbs when lights are out
• Responsible for maintaining the appropriate level of sanitary and cleaning supplies for assigned areas
• Assisting with event set ups and tear downs
• Remove all debris from landscaped areas
• Empty all trash receptacles and transport trash to disposal area.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Responsible for locking up the facility
• supply reordering

90% of job will be dedicated to Cleaning duties and 10% dedicated to maintenance set ups and tear downs.
