Job Description

Our office is looking for the right individual who has the desire to earn a good income, work a flexible 40 hr/wk schedule and help our customers by educating, advising and servicing them through customer service, sales and hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism & integrity.
  • 1-2 years of customer service, sales, retail sales, marketing, or management experience (preferred).
  • Results driven, energetic, resourceful, and hands on individual.

Additional Information

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Act as a representative on behalf of our clients to create and maintain brand loyalty through excellent customer service.
  • Ability to multitask, and maintain up to date product knowledge on multiple products and services.
  • Face to face interaction with clients and customers.
  • Handle new accounts and upgrades.
  • Customer service and relationship management.
