Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator with a Customer Experience & Operations background to grow and develop. This role will be responsible for day to day administration tasks, processing of our daily operations, answering our customers online helpdesk enquiries, process improvement and providing backup for workflow peaks.

To succeed you will enjoy variety and be able to work in an environment that is fast paced and subject to constant change. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, self motivated, flexible approach, advanced level of computer literacy topped off with a can do attitude are a few of the essential elements of this role.

Great location based close to Auckland Airport with plenty of free parking.

Hours for this role are based on a 40 hours week of four week shift rotations.    

Shifts are as follows:

 Shift one - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun 10am to 6:30pm - weekend hours are worked from home

 Shift two - Mon to Fri 10am to 6:30pm 

 Shift three & four - Mon to Fri 8am to 4:30pm
