Job Description

Our commitment to Customer Experience along with business growth, has created two new opportunities within the Fishpond team for Customer Experience Representatives on our Helpdesk.

If you have excellent grammar as well as computer literacy, (key skills you will need when entering information into our systems and replying to customer emails), mixed in with a high level of drive to meet targets, openness, honesty and a straightforward, upbeat and positive attitude then look no further - is is absolutely the role for you!

Both roles are home based, 40 hours a week.  Imagine that no sitting in traffic!

Shifts available are:

*  Sunday - Thursday; 3.30pm to midnight

*  Thursday - Monday; 3.30pm to midnight
