Job Description

He mea whakamiharo koe Contracts Coordinator? (Are you an amazing Contracts Coordinator?)

We’re looking for a talented Contracts Coordinator to help us keep the  good energy flowing. 

Working closely with our Manager, Contract Management and stakeholders across the business, you'll help ensure contract documentation, systems and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently. You'll coordinate information, support vendor engagement, maintain reporting and contribute to the effective delivery of projects and services that create value for our business.

In this newly created role, you can expect to be coordinating contract approvals, supporting tender processes, managing documentation, maintaining reporting, working with vendors, or helping improve systems and processes.

Qualifications

Alongside a relevant qualification, you'll bring experience in contracts, procurement, commercial administration or a related coordination role. Just as importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity and building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.

You'll also:

  • Be skilled at balancing competing priorities, adapting to changing demands, and ensuring work continues to move forward smoothly.
  • Build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • Have a keen eye for detail, supported by strong organisational and coordination skills.
