Job Description

The Role:

Reporting to the Manager, LPG Engineering, you’ll lead the implementation and ongoing management of Rockgas’ maintenance programmes nationwide. This is a hands-on, high-impact role balancing planned and corrective maintenance, strong contractor performance, accurate system updates, and clear reporting on what’s due, overdue and priority.

Leading a small team and working closely with internal stakeholders your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading nationwide maintenance programmes for LPG assets, ensuring plans are developed, implemented and kept current
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance data, including monthly contractor updates
  • Identifying and driving actions to improve performance
  • Managing asset maintenance in line with the Asset Integrity Plan
  • Leading contractor performance and relationships nationwide
  • Delivering maintenance-related projects and improvements
  • Managing budgets, forecasting and spend tracking

Qualifications

About you:

You’ll be someone who gets things done and brings:

  • A relevant trade and/or tertiary qualification
  • Proven maintenance management experience
  • Team leadership experience
  • Strong planning, contractor and relationship management skills
  • Confidence working with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • A practical, organised approach with a strong focus on successful delivery
  • The ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels

Experience with LPG, analytics or tools like Maximo, Access or Power BI will set you apart from the rest.
