Job Description

Customer service your thing? With an internal promotion, we’re looking for our next standout Receptionist to join our Bell Block team. Partnering with our part-time Receptionist, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for visitors to our Headquarters and via phone.

You’ll also provide administration support to our Executive Assistant and other teams as required and play a key role in keeping our front-of-house running smoothly.

In this role you will:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, manage incoming calls, and ensure a positive and professional first impression
  • Provide general administration support, including managing a shared reception inbox, visitor sign-in processes, and coordinating mail and couriers
  • Coordinate shared resources such as pool vehicles, meeting room bookings, and catering (as required)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transport
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes, and support other teams when needed

Success looks like:

  • Visitors are welcomed warmly and signed in safely and consistently
  • Calls and enquiries are handled promptly and directed to the right person
  • Meeting rooms, catering, and shared resources are organised and ready on time
  • Administration support is accurate, well prioritised, and delivered with discretion.

Hours: This part-time permanent role is 20+ hours/week (5+ hours per day), Monday-Friday, typically between 11am - 4.30pm.  Additional hours may be required from time to time.

  • Flexibility to step in and support others as needed
  • Integrity, discretion, and consistently high professional standards
