Job Description
As the Branch Administrator you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administration, accounts and customer service support for the Auckland Wiri branch . This is a busy, varied and interesting role where your responsibilities will include:
- Providing frontline customer services
- General office duties including ordering supplies, preparing purchase orders and maintaining registers
- Completing month end processes
- Administering training records for the Branch
- Completing the administration work for deliveries including UGCs, credit notes, etc.
- Reconciling driver run sheets
- Checking UGC’s have been recorded and upload into VE and creating credit notes.
- Writing up Cylinder Exchange Dockets for customers coming into branch to exchange cylinders.
- Providing support for the Branch Operations Manager as required.
This role is Monday to Friday , 40 hours per day - start time is 7am/8am.
Qualifications
As well as been a great team member who takes pride in their work, and has 'get up and go' you will have:
- Previous experience in a Senior Administrator, Office Manager, Customer Service, Accounts or equivalent role
- Proficient at using computer software including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accounts/finance skills including debtors, creditors, reconciliations, invoicing and month end processes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Attention to detail to problem solving skills
- Excellent relationship management skills .
