Job Description
As the Branch Administrator you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administration, accounts and customer service support for the Rockgas Christchurch branch. This is a varied and interesting role where your responsibilities will include helping to set up and maintain processes, completing accounts and month end tasks and dealing with a wide range of office administration tasks.
Qualifications
As well as been a great team member who takes pride in their work, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Senior Administration, Office Manager, Customer Service, Accounts or equivalent role
- Proficient at using computer software including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent accounts/finance skills including debtors, creditors, reconciliations, invoicing and month end processes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
