Job Description

Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a Manager, Cathodic Protection to join our Specialist Services team.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to combine their technical and people leadership skills into the one gig.  This role is responsible for managing the CP Team to ensure corrosion related services are provided to internal and external parties.

You can expect to          

  • Lead our field based Cathodic Protection (CP) Team to deliver operational excellence
  • Ensure the operation, monitoring and maintenance of the Cathodic Protection systems (including 3rd party) are carried out in accordance with Company policies, procedures and industry accepted criteria.
  • Manage assigned 3rd party client contracts and meet external services expectations
  • Promote continuous learning and the development of others to allow staff to achieve maximum potential

You'll do this whilst working with flexibility between our Bell Block office, and your home office, and during hours that work for you.

Qualifications

Ka mau matou I enei pukenga - What we're looking for:

  • Leadership experience in a technical service related position
  • Tertiary qualification or relevant experience, preferably in corrosion, suitable for the role
  • Familiarity with appropriate codes and standards, i.e. AS 2885 and AS 2832
