Job Description

About the role:

As the Bulk Distribution Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for providing logistic administration for the day to day operations within LPG Bulk Distribution.

What you will do:

  • Input, maintain, review and monitor the information in the Bulk Distribution System to ensure it is accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with and provide training and support with systems and operational processes to our internal and external logistics partners.
  • Prepare and process all payment and billing requirements and complete reconciliations of various accounts
  • Liaise with Contractors and their subcontractors to ensure that work is completed as expected and arrange payments.
  • On a weekly rotation be responsible for the on call duty phone and actions as required.

Qualifications

You will have:

  • Operational logistics experience in a transport/logistics environment
  • Experience using Operational Logistics software and hardware
  • Mid-level to advanced skills in Excel, Word and Databases
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders of varying levels.
  • Highly organised and methodical with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Integrity and high personal and professional standards
