We're looking for a part-time (20 hours/week) Risk Advisor to join our HSEQ team, based in Bell Block, New Plymouth.  In this newly created role, you'll be part of a team delivering HSEQ and Risk best practice to Firstgas Group's operations and activities.

Reporting to the GM, HSEQ; you’ll be joining an experienced team of talented people who work within an atmosphere where autonomy, teamwork and flexibility complements the challenging and interesting work environment. 

You'll be responsible for:

• The enterprise risk management process and supporting systems
• Maintaining progress on critical barrier management and risk improvement actions
• Reviewing and updating bow tie assessments for critical risks
• Analysis and monitoring of risk
• Providing advice and guidance on risk to others across the Group

Do you have?

• 5+ years' experience in enterprise risk management, preferably in a high consequence environment 
• A thorough understanding of risk management principles and approaches, with a formal risk management qualification 
• High level of IT competency
• Superior communication skills
• A focus on results
• Influencing and leadership skills
