Job Description
Are you an experienced Production Coordinator with supervisory skills?
A successful applicant will ideally have previous production planning/ coordination experience. You will be confident in using IT systems such as Microsoft Package and have prior exposure to coordination, scheduling, and dealing with suppliers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing and administering work production runs.
- Analyzing and inputting production schedules and monitoring the correct order of production.
- Ensure plans move swiftly through the supply chain to timely delivery and execution.
- Supervise Event Coordinators and Event Staff, providing support for their project completion as needed
- Communication across internal departments and with external clients and customers.
- Administering live data accurately.
- Completing administration tasks including producing documents supporting asset movements
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of production coordination experience
- Supervisor experience required
- Great people and communication skills
- Proactive organization skills
- Experience liaising with customers and suppliers delivering superior customer service
- Excellent Excel skills
- Accurate data entry capability
- Attention to detail and being a great organizer
- Competent in ALL Microsoft Office Programs
- Ability to multitask and be a go-getter!
