Job Description

Generic Accountability

  • Develop and nurture relationships with third-party agencies to generate new customer leads for the bank.
  • Implement strategies to maximize lead generation through third-party channels, ensuring alignment with the bank's target customer segments and growth objectives..
  • Establish robust governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all third-party partnerships
  • Track and analyze the performance of third-party channels, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and compliance teams, to ensure seamless integration of third-party channels into the bank's overall business strategy.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with third-party agencies, focusing on mutually beneficial outcomes and adherence to the bank's standards
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with third-party partnerships, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing solutions
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance and effectiveness of third-party channel initiatives

 

Compliance / Operational activities

  • Ensure implementation of prescribed Sales & Compliance processes as per Bank's policies.
  • Implement governance & controls to proactively identify, manage and minimize/mitigate potential losses to the franchise within respective Area.
  • Adhere to  Risk Control Assessment  process across all areas of -  Selling, Client Onboarding,Fraud Control,Client Application & KYC Documentation etc
  • Adherence to all prescribed internal processes to ensure satisfactory Audit Ratings by adherence of all  prescribed processes
  • Ensure to bring quality and right customers to the franchise .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Additional Information

  • Proven experience in third-party channel management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
