Job Description
Job Purpose:
To support Coverage team in Business MIS & Tracking, Record Keeping, Portfolio Hygiene, Process Enhancements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Managing Business MIS and tracking of all internal reports, periodic analysis of the reports and circulating dashboards.
- Demonstrate compliance to organization's values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the bank.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet department requirements, policies and quality standards.
- Basic knowledge of Trade Finance and Corporate Banking lending products.
- Basic knowledge of banking products like account opening, compliance, liabilities etc.
- Keeping track of all internal reports including but not limited to, Submission, Disbursal, Deferrals, Renewals, Call reports etc. and follow up to ensure housekeeping is in perfect order.
- Business MIS & Tracking: Track & report status of credit proposal flow through various teams / geographies.
- Manage and direct flow of incoming business leads from various channels in the bank.
- Generating and circulation management reports in accurate and timely manner.
- Support the Head of coverage in any campaign initiation and follow ups.
- Overmanage service and escalations of commercial clients in the portfolio.
- Coordinating with all stakeholders for process enhancements – Trade Finance, IT, Branches & CCS, Cash Management and Global Markets.
- Excellent skills in Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to cordially with team members, customers, and other stake holders

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related major field of study is preferred
Minimum Experience
2 years’ relevant experience in the Corporate, Commercial or Business Banking or similar positions of progressively increasing responsibilities in the support function.
