Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

The job role forms key part of PB Credit by providing support to the team by managing correspondence to group email, maintaining data records, and assisting team to navigate through the cases in queue. Key accountabilities include preparation of MIS reports, TAT tracking, coordinating within and across teams to ensure smooth functioning.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Core responsibilities:

  • Pre-screening of case submissions received to credit team.
  • Screening and logs of incoming mails and distribution to relevant staff.
  • Allocation of cases within the team based on provided parameters.
  • Preparation of daily status reports
  • Accurate monitoring of TAT and follow up TAT reports throughout the day ensuring conformity to TAT.
  • Maintaining annual leave schedule for team
  • Admin functions such as scheduling meetings, raising service requests, assisting new employees.
  • Preparation of Power point presentation and dashboards on monthly, quarterly, annual basis
  • Conducting Employee Verification as per guidelines
  • Processing of FV invoice on system within credit period
  • Ensure to maintain accurate productivity reports and forward to reporting Manager in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring share folders are up to date and complete.
  • Manages the MIS & coordinating function of the unit by preparing & maintaining daily and monthly MIS reports / approval packs which includes approval & rejection data, pending status, loan disbursals, allocation of submissions, Business & Credit coordination, employee verification and supporting on IT requirements for team members.

  • Ensures to comply with audit requirements, internal and external reporting obligations in line with the policy guidelines, to ensure high standards of uniformity and consistency across FAB. Adherence to policy, process, and procedures of FAB along with Central Bank Regulations

Self-Management Responsibilities:

  • Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
  • Identifies training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the reporting manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended.
  • Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role.
  • Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through related trainings.

  • Maintain professionalism and effective communication with colleagues within the Unit and all other Departments. 
  • Always adhere to individual duties and responsibilities

 

 

Job Context

Specific Accountability:

  • Preparation of monthly MIS and TAT reports
  • Recording and reporting of deviations
  • Ensure completeness and correctness of reports.
  • Manage the MIS & reporting function by generating daily & monthly reports / approved packs in a timely manner ensuring accuracy in data.
  • Liaise between Business & Credit on submissions, AIP letters, CAS support, feedback on cases and employee verification.
  • Execute any other responsibilities entrusted by the Line Manager

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Banking, or any related discipline.

Minimum Experience

  • 3 years’ relevant experience, including 1 year in similar role
