Job Description

The Specialist, corporate communications – will work closely with SVP & Head of Strategic Partnership to develop and evolve the marketing support FAB internal stakeholders (group business functions). The specialist will support the serves as the point-person for developing, implementing, and executing marketing activities for FAB internal stakeholders. These activities include campaigns (internal and external), alignment across other functions in Group Marketing & Communications. The Specialist will also perform other duties as delegated by the VP and Head of Marketing.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Job Specific Accountabilities:

  • Manage project tracker for each of the activities and ensure all deliverables are completed within the timelines!
  • Keep manager up to date on all activities and projects!
  • Keep internal stakeholders updated as per project tracker and deliverable timelines.

. Job Context

  • Liaise communications between internal stakeholders and the wider departments across Group Marketing & Communications
  • Manage creative development of marketing activities with agencies related to both internal and external campaigns/activities
  • Assist marketing plans to support business needs (i.e. product launches, client engagement, internal updates, event branding, etc.)
  • Develop content alongside our agencies to support campaigns and communication related to internal stakeholder requirements
  • With the supervision of the, complete branding related requirements for internal stakeholder events (both internal and external)
  • Work alongside the and internal Digital Team to update the website as per internal stakeholder requirements
  • Assist the businesses with branding of any client facing product applications
  • Ensure organization and project tracking is conducted throughout all activities
  • Ensure consistency with brand positioning and acts as the brand champion across businesses!

Qualifications

  • Background in marketing, advertising and/or communications is a must
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience with a related Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (Arabic preferential)
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Proactive and a fast learner
  • Team player and problem solver
