Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for Manage Customer Mortgage Aftersales customers (Restructure, Reschedule, 1st layer of Retention for Abu Dhabi region. Handle Property insurance renewals others customer issues / complaint related to mortgage portfolio.   

 

Manage Mortgage Aftersales customers (Restructure, Reschedule, 1st layer of Retention and all other services*

Handle Property insurance renewals.

Serving as retention front line by coordination between the clients and our internal departments to provide profit rate reductions, Credit approvals.  

Communicating & Coordinating with all involved internal departments to guarantee the clients satisfaction with the provided services quality within TAT.

Communicating & Coordinating with all Impanelled 3rd parties & Governmental entities regarding all related inquires, services, and actions associated with FAB Islamic mortgages.

Responding & Processing Collections, branches, FAB Conventional, NHL,etc.. inquires & requests related to FAB Islamic mortgages clients.

Provide maximum assistance, guidance, and support to team members to help them perform their duties

Joint in hand together with policy maker to ensure the policy in line with the portfolio retention strategy as well as maximizing Customers benefits and satisfaction.

Review and assess the processes adopted in the units adhere to acceptable level of quality and standardization and follow the local regulatory aspects as well as with the group norms

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

Minimum Experience: 3+ years in Banking industry.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Banking concepts and various banking application systems.
  • System knowledge: CAS FINCON, GLOBUS, HR CONNECT, DMS
  • Resourceful in the completion of reports and plans, and effective at multi-tasking.
