Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Manage an effective and efficient end-to-end contract management process. Ensure that all bank contracts follow standard contract template and terms and conditions including clauses relevant to procured category. Implement an end to end Contract management process from review, to sign off, to archival and retrieval

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Generic Accountability

  • Responsible for Contract administration and execution process
  • Provide support to the Category sourcing team, and transactional team ensuring all contracts are reviewed and completed correctly in conjunction with  risk team
  • Work with the business to retrieve contracts and any historical records to build to a comprehensive Oracle database
  • Review and prepare contract summary sheets details with all relevant information before uploading to contracts database
  • Coordinate Contract sign off with vendors and FAB, and send timely responses to category team and stakeholders once the Contracts are signed.
  • Undertake complete data cleansing of contracts to ensure contracts records are accurate. Ongoing management of contracts information to ensure accuracy and adherence to SVM policy
  • Maintain a contract renewal repository  and notify the Category managers well in advance of contract’s expiry
  • Actively participate and contribute to the development of strategic vendor management as a value adding function within the FAB organisation
  • Upload all signed Contracts into Oracle and archive them in the Records management system
  • Support global branches with the contracting process & formalities under the direction of the Category teams
  • Ensure due diligence and ethical practices in managing activities
  • Complete review of Contracts to standardize and harmonize terms where appropriate including reviews of KPI’s/SLA’s
  • Follow-up to ensure timely execution of the contract per agreed KPI’s
  • Keep stakeholders informed on status of contracting execution
  • Assist internal/external stakeholders with related queries on contracts executions
