Job Description

Support to offer tangible value proposition on Corporate Credit Cards to eligible Corporate clients.

 Generic Accountability

  • Work with product dept. on all product related aspects/requirements
  • Support in the process of on boarding Corporate Client and ensure all required approvals are obtained.

 Job Specific Accountabilities

  • Life cycle management of corporate and prepaid card products
  • Arrange new enhancements on existing products and its features, work with project/IT and other stakeholders on  launching new products
  • Interact with Marketing, Sales, Credit, Card Operations and IT functions to work towards achieving the business requirements during the product life cycle.
  • Support Product team to review monthly P&L and follow up on corrections when required.
  • Obtain, develop and maintain the MIS necessary to understand the product business dimensions, activity ratios, and customer spend patterns, customer segmentations, etc. in order to identify the strategic / tactical product initiatives that will support the business objectives.
  • Continually reviewing existing product range, offerings, processes and sales channels to develop suggestions on improvements along with the product AVP
  • Work with schemes and other regulatories on product related requirements
  • Arrange with marketing team for broadcasting EMS & SMS and other product promotional activates.
  • Support clients to on board on Corporate Payment solutions such as VCF , Visa Intellilink , Visa Payment Control , MC Smart Data and ICCP and any other payment solution deemed required by client.
  • Maintain good segregation of the corporate client’s categories (HNI and remaining) and ensure following the related process for each category.
  • Arranging documents such as PPG, RCSA, KRI, BCP, ECWRA, process documents, SLA’s etc. pertains to product.
  • Monitor and manage customer queries and complaints regarding product offering.
  • Coordinate with Visa and Master card for set up of VCF, CTA , VPC and other payment systems.
  • Work on processes and policies related to Corporate Cards and Corporate Payment solutions.
  • Receive all Corporate Clients application forms and ensure correctness of data
  • Ensure all required supporting documents are obtained from client through RM.
  • Ensure processing of application forms within the approved SLAs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor degree

Minimum Experience

  • 5 years’ of relevant experience in any sector with at least 1 year in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the portfolio analysis function. Past experience in payments industry desirable, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
