Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:
Specialist is Supervisory Role.
The role holder is responsible for ensuring that client on boarding to FAB books (Bancassurance) are of good quality and are in compliance with the UAE Central Bank and Bank’s Policies and Procedures. The role leads a team in ensuring that the customer details are captured in a professional, accurate and meaningful manner to the relevant system including Service Standards (SLAs & KPIs), Operational risk, People Management and operational efficiency

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
▪ Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
▪ Demonstrate compliance to organisation’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the bank
Continuous Improvement
▪ Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction
Reporting
▪ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies and quality standards
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Commerce, Banking Finance or Economic.
  • 5 Years’ relevant experience in the Banking sector with at least 2 years in similar positions of progressively increasing supervisory responsibilities in the Unit function.
