Job Description

Job Specific Accountabilities

  • Manage the teams responsible for residential/commercial/industrial property management in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain and ensure FAB Properties operational policies and procedures are observed with regards to contract issuance, tenancy transfers, break-leases and check-in and check-out protocols.  
  • Manage the Landlord Relations team to ensure they promote FAB Properties and its property management services to the network of owners and landlords in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
  • Ensure the Property Management System (UBS) is an accurate representation of the property portfolio under management and that any changes to contracts are captured and recorded.
  • Manage the team responsible for Landlord Relations who are the liaison point between FAB Properties and the landlords, owners or owner’s representative.
  • Ensure the efficient takeover/handover of properties to owners and landlords as per FAB Property policy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, owners and owner’s representatives for the managed properties in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, via regular and frequent visits to their offices.
  • Liaise with FM to ensure the managed properties common facilities are maintained in optimum condition to generate maximum revenue.
  • Ensure the Property Management team deliver an engaging and unified customer experience to prospective and existing landlords/tenants. 
  • Provide the owners with market intelligence and reports on the property market generated via the MRM.
  • Ensure the owners are notified on any changes to policy or regulatory requirements which could impact on the rental opportunities.
  • Submit the monthly vacancy lists and discuss rental strategies to maintain the optimum occupancy rate.
  • Handle all enquires and requests on their behalf, liaising with the various departments.
  • Ensure the Landlord Relations team deliver an engaging and unified customer experience to prospective and existing owners, landlords and landlord representatives. 
  • To get approvals related to rent reduction requests and to maintain expense.
  • Receive landlord requests or complaints and to communicate with the concern department to finalize it.
  • Provide Monthly market study to ensure the occupancy rate is within the market rate.

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts (BA) or Sciences (BS) or another related discipline.

Minimum Experience

  • Minimum of nine years’ relevant experience in the property management and leasing sector in the UAE   with at least three years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the Real Estate leasing function.
