Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Develop, implement, track and optimize our social media campaigns across all social media channels. Maintaining FAB social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all social media marketing campaigns

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Identify press opportunities through evolving issues.
  • Ensure that key messages align with vital business strategies.
  • Serve as the organization’s digital & social media liaison and formal spokesperson.
  • Monitor online campaigns, and report on results.
  • Negotiate with media channels to close competitive deals.
  • Promote additional projects to support new product launches.
  • Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies.
  • Suggest strategies and methods for improvement to increase KPI’s .
  • Support with our web presence.
  • Design digital media campaigns according to business goals.
  • Ensure leverage paid media in efficient and effective ways across all campaign types.
  • Ensure end-to-end media insight, planning and campaign implementation across all campaign types and channels.
  • Strategically lead integrated campaigns, identifying relevant customer insights and setting media objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead and inspire the media agency in delivering media plans in response to the campaign brief.
  • Actively work to identify and manage Test and Learn activities to experiment with new ways of doing things and scale success and build these methodically into the paid digital roadmap.
  • Ensure strategic and CX from a media perspective is consistent with Performance Always On campaigns.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

Educated to degree level or equivalent

Minimum Experience

3+ years of experience as a digital financial marketers

Proven work experience as a digital financial marketers
