Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Plans, organizes & co-coordinates administrative functions in the office on a day-to-day basis.
  • Prepares financial and management reports and presentations with some analysis for the executive's review and other coordinates presentation material between the different groups.
  • Arranges management meetings, monthly department meetings and others as required.
  • Follows up on the implementation of the meeting decisions.
  • Corresponds and arranges meetings with internal and external customers.
  • Communicates and distributes information to internal and external customers, locally and overseas.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Banking or any related discipline
  • Expert knowledge of Outlook, and MS Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Passion, driving change and a customer first approach to work
  • Minimum 5 years if experience.

Additional Information

Engagement and Communication

  • This role will be a key coordinator between all areas of PBG, IT and the Global functions.
  • Interactions will be in different office locations, so flexibility and lack of proximity is required
  • There are many suppliers to engage with
  • There are many internal but to other parts of the wider bank interactions requiring resilience and coordination
