Lead the current system landscape and implementation of new entity setup with end-to-end finance data flow to achieve the various finance reporting requirements.

Managing relationship with business and other group finance teams to provide solutions that improve the efficiency and quality of reporting with added analytical capabilities.

Providing guidance through strong techno functional expertise on Core systems facilitation for complex system implementation.

• Lead the current system landscape and implementation of new entity setup with end-to-end finance data flow to achieve the various finance reporting requirements.
• Propose system enhancement, change in work processes and policy to support continuous improvement and to implement agreed changes accordingly.

Support group finance and treasury integration and other project activities.

Minimum Qualification

• University degree in Commerce/Business Administration/Computer Science or any other relevant finance degree
• Managerial Skills

Minimum Experience

• At Least 4+ years of Core banking experience in areas involving financial accounting and management reporting
• Strong technical competency in technology, reporting and business intelligence frameworks
• Experience in T24 core banking, One Sumx, OGL and Data warehouse
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, critical thinking, investigative problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good understanding of business, data, and systems architecture
• Good understanding of financial products and instruments.

Specific Accountability

• Define and ensure that data definitions and the standards meet the requirements, objective and relevant system specifications.
• Ensure end-to-end understanding of data, information, systems and processes within the organization, from origination of information through to information consumption.
• Assist for all FAB in-house training and knowledge sharing on the Finance systems within team thereby improving the quality of value-added analysis provided to internal customers.
• Ensuring the projects are covered end to end life cycle without any issues.  This should cover all the below processes:
  • Requirement gathering - This involves discussing with business users and stakeholder, reviewing the existing data, understanding the existing application & configuration, and understanding the existing process and controls
  • Preparing BRD – This includes drafting the requirements with all required details, parameters, controls, process changes and relevant examples. Agreeing the requirement with user and getting the required sign off for the requirement.
  • Coordinating with developers – Ensuring to log the approved BRD in tracker portal. Explaining the changes to developers and clarifying their doubts/ queries. Generating the testing scenarios in UAT environment for developers to understand the requirement and validate their developments.
  • Conducting UAT- performing UAT to check the results are matching with expectation. Sharing the results with business for their review and sign off. Involving all stake holder to review the UAT results and signoff

• Assist for all aspects of information specific to the systems that support Group Financial Ledger, IFRS 9, RWA and FTP.
• Provide information to internal and external audit in respect of finance system and support service provided.
• Drive consistency and standardization of Global Finance reporting policies and procedures by collaborating with regional and country specific finance teams.
• Support and manage exceptions of the relevant teams/stake holders across finance.

Collaborate with business service group to migrate process to / from the shared service centre or other outsourced service providers.
