Job Description

Generic Accountability

  • Process Special service payments (Al Shaheen) within specified TAT and as per management instructions
  • Review and check of Payment attachment and insure validity of all documents when required
  • Site visit to insure Construction work quality and adjust work progress.
  • Prepare site notes and add work progress to the data system.
  • Apply and prepare report of site visit for invisibility requirement (Land Dividing) 
  • Check, review drawing and document details.
  •  Review estimated prices to insure market rate proper evaluation.
  •  Prepare letter of notes for project design.
  •  Review analyses and evaluates all tender bids and advice proper notes.
  •  Review and check any modification or claims submitted during design phase.
  • Reply for Owners / Consultants inquiry during design phase.
  • Ensuring that designs are comply with all the appropriate Government, local authority, and other similar bodies’ regulations and bye-laws and providing all necessary design and specification information required.
  • Supporting cost development plans (budget / cost planning / detailed pricing / tendering) to ensure that technical support is given as required.
  • Prepare notes and warning letter in case of Contractor and Consultant Deficiency.
  • Review and check initial and final hand over for projects including site review and payments related.
  • Involving in the Development and improvement of the department
  • Prepare internal memos for exceptional cases when required
  • Handle customer complaints, attend meetings and resolve projects disputes
  • Cooperate with other Bank units as per Head of engineering instructions
  • Prepare work reports as requested by management
  • Coordinate with legal Dep. For Engineering reports and provide proper projects reports when required.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management related to the unit business

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Minimum Experience

  • 3 years’ relevant experience in similar positions
