Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
To support the definition of organization's pay structure and benefits offerings while ensuring that employee remuneration is in alignment with Group policies, competitive and compliant with legal and fiscal regulations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Rewards Frameworks and Policies
- Support VP, Performance and Rewards in developing Group-wide rewards frameworks in line with organizational requirements and market best practices.
- Lead design of policies and practices aligned to the Group’s Rewards strategy and in line with agreed Rewards frameworks.
- Manage implementation of benefits programs and administrative procedures across FAB Group, in coordination with external and internal stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits Design
- Manage compensation and benefits surveys with vendors and run analytics to support decision making.
- Review and update compensation and benefits packages across FAB Group to maintain market competiveness.
- Design and lead communication of compensation and benefits information to employees and other HR groups.
- Act as an SME from Group perspective to provide compensation and benefits relatd advice to different HR teams, as required.
Variable Pay Management
- Support the design of PBVR model and execution in an effective manner.
- In conjuction with VP, Performance and Rewards, develop and execute incentive plans, bonus plans and LTIP.
Analytics
- Define the templates and formats to run function / country specific compensation analysis.
- Ensure that analysis is refreshed on a periodic basis and draw insights for senior management decision making.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
Minimum Experience
- 5 years’ relevant experience in the compensation and benefits area with exposure to surveys, fixed and variable pay management.
